How long before I receive my order? 

The process time is 2-3 days.  After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4 - 7 business days.

If you order a item that states (Pre Order) please look for the date attached to the item you have purchased. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently no, but that will change

 

What carrier do you use?

Crownz of Jewel currently sends through a variety of shipping companies (FedEx, UPS and USPS).  We're constantly exploring options to get you your order in a quick and efficient manner.

 

Where can I find my tracking information?

Tracking numbers will be sent automatically once your order ships to the email address provided on the order.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices can range from $6 and up depending on the number of items. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and deliver dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, Estimated shipping dates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Is Your Shea Butter products Natural?

Most of our products are organic or of the highest quality naturally derived over synthetics.

 

Do you test products on animals? 

No! All of our products are cruelty free.

 

Is the Shea Butter safe to use for all skin types? 

All products were formulated to be safe for most skin types. Please note if you have an allergy to nut products please only use our mango cream. Please consult your doctor if you experience any adverse symptoms after use. Discontinue and consult your doctor. 

 

What temperature can Shea Buttter products need to be stored at?

It is recommended that you keep all creams in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Do all of your products contain nuts? 

No. We offer one product that contains no nuts at all. This product is our specialty eczema cream. 

 

 

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

What is your Return/ Exchange Policy?

Due to health concerns (Covid 19) we are not accepting returns or exchanges on any products. If their is an issue with the product you received as a result of Crownz of Jewel please email us within 24 hours of receiving the package along with photos. We will respond back within 24 hours on how we will resolve the issue.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and paypal.

Do I have to set up an account to place an order?

No. You don't need to have an account to place an order but it is advised for record keeping purposes.

How do I create an account?

At the end of your checkout you will be asked if you would like to create an account. Follow the steps to set up an account.
